INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION:
Admission is open for Classes Nursery onwards. New Admission is subject to a student qualifying entrance test, interaction with parents and availability of seat. Admission shall be done on first come first basis and roll no shall be allotted accordingly.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
Admission is done in two phases for New and Old enrolment. 1st Phase – Nov (Nursery) & Dec; and 2nd phase – in January. *New enrolment, after selection, should complete admission within 3 working days from the date of selection. Parents are requested to go through the fee structure carefully before filling up the fee coupon.
The admission will be complete only after submission of the following:
- Verification of original birth certificate (new enrolment)
- Deposit of admission fees.
- Undertaking by parents and submission of statement of child’s health in prescribed format.
- It is mandatory for New students (Class – UKG onwards) to submit the Transfer Certificate from the last school attended. No New students shall be admitted to the school without the submission of the Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended, nor will the student be placed in the class higher than that for which the Transfer Certificate shows him/her to be qualified.
- The school authority, acting through the managing board, reserves the right to have final word in all matters relating to the admission procedure.
GENERAL RULES:
- Advance fees for the whole year may be deposited in the beginning of the session.
- On or before 15th November every year, parents should clear school monthly fees till January.
- Fees once paid at the time of admission are not refundable in any case.
- Yearly admission fees, tuition fees will be automatically linked with enhancement in curriculum and the rise in the price index and may be increased at the beginning of a subsequent session as determined by the school’s Board of Management.
- Please note that no changes in the data-base of a child shall be entertained after admission.
- Regular attendance and good character is expected from every child.
- Last date for receiving application for transfer for genuine reasons is BEFORE declaration of Final Result.

New Admission to Classes NURSERY to X depends on testing, interaction with parents, a student’s general suitability and Age.

MODE OF PAYMENT OF FEES THROUGH FEE COUPON:
- While filling up the Fee Deposit Form, write the student’s name in BLOCK LETTERS/ Admission number/ Standard / Roll No / amount (in words and in figures)/months, etc.
- Parents are encouraged to pay their ward’s school fees monthly on or before 15th of current month.
- A fine as late fee will be levied per month.
- On loss or damage a duplicate Fee book will be issued on payment of a fee and under such situation the School Official record shall be final.
- As soon as twelve months fee is cleared, please return the Fee book to the School Office. Clearance receipt shall be send through students every year once it is cleared for the whole academic session February to January every year.
TEXTBOOKS & NOTEBOOKS:
* It is compulsory that Ladybird School students use only new text books of National Publication (except Ladybird Books & Dictionary) not only as they are of quality but also they change topics annually. Hence, all new enrolment should deposit advance for Text books and Exercise Books during deposit of admission fees and for Old Enrolment advance book order should be done during admission. Late fee is charged for advance book order done after due date. *Book bill shall be paid separately on the issue dates as notified next year.
* No student is allowed to attend regular classes without books. Attendance is recorded from first day of regular classes.
