The Alempang Baptist Church, Christian Education Ministry organized a Group-U Training Seminar Presentation on 24th September 2022, which was attended by two faculty members of our school. The seminar was conducted on the following topics:
- The R.E.A.L Approach to Spiritual Transformation.
- Classroom Management: From control to cooperation.
- How kids learn?
- Age –level insights for Spiritual Development
- Helping Hurting Kids
- Parenting with Parents to Build Faith in Families.
Some points that were found useful are
- Maintain good relationship to discipline the students
- Use positive and encouraging words
- Create a friendly environment where the students can express freely
- Hands on experience
- Simple narration of stories with suspense, seamless, surprise starting and meaningful ending.
- Implement different methods and ideas to engage and understand better
