Ladybird School organized a workshop for orienting the teachers on 14th February 2022. Mr.Butisen, a PhD scholar who is currently doing his research from Martin Luther University, Shillong conducted the workshop.

The workshop was based on the following points:

• To remind teachers about their calling as a responsible teacher.
•  To go beyond classroom teaching and bring about holistic development in students.
• To maintain good relationship among teachers, students and school management.
• To make sure every student succeeds and no child is left behind in school.
• To enable teachers to become competent enough in innovatively employing ICT tools in educating students.

The resource person also stressed on activity based learning where teaching can be fun, enjoyable and to do away with the traditional ways of teaching as much as possible.
