A total of 18 Shooters with team Manager from Ladybird School Shooting Academy (LBSSA), KIC Centre, Mokokchung, participated in the 11th Nagaland State shooting Championships 2026 held from 27 to 30 July at the Aries Sports Complex Shooting Ranges, Bamunpukhuri – I, Dimapur. The Championship was organised by the Aries Rifle and Pistol Shooting Academy (ARAPSA), Khelo India Centre and conducted by the Nagaland Rifle Association (NRA).

Ladybird School Shooting Academy bagged 8 gold  Medals, 5  silver Medals and 3  bronze Medals. In the overall medal standings, ARAPSA emerged as the overall Champion with an impressive haul of 40 medals, LBSSA secured second place with 16 medals, followed by Kohima District Shooting Association with 10 medals, Sungratsu Shooting Association finished with  5(five) medals and Peren District Shooting Association claimed 1(one) medal.

Based on their performances  at the championship, a total of five Air Rifle and two Air Pistol shooters from LBSSA qualified to represent Nagaland at the13th North East Zone Shooting Championships  which will be held in Guwahati, Assam from August 25 to 30, 2026.
